Not sure what causes this, but it seems to happen only off-screen or when the game is running in the background.
Can be fixed by replacing the ramp piece when a train is on it.

Edit: the problem can also fix itself by providing 'cooldown' time. If the rail can fully clear, the next incoming trains will behave normally again. So this could be a jam problem.

Thanks Bruno! Could you observe the bug yourself?

Yeah, not only that but it seems to be spamming error logs constantly on our master builds, so this seems to be more than just a performance issue. Good catch! ๐Ÿ™‚

All it took was bad train management ๐Ÿ˜…
Alright, best of luck

I re-joined the discord specifically to report this issue. I thought it was to do with having two trains intersect right near the hub, so one is in the process of "jumping in" at the exact time as another train comes along and hits it from the side. So I have split them into two tracks that enter at different angles, but haven't given it enough time to see if it happens again. 0.1.1

I saw this twice too! I'm on 0.1.1.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one experiencing this in 0.1.1. To me it happens a lot on my save and on different entry points to the vortex, And yes the problem relieves itself if given enough time to clean out the track.
