The noun hotkey(s) was translated into 快捷键 and 热键 in Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional.
The reason why it is low priority is that the meanings of these two translations are roughly the same. The best practice is to unify its translation. Just do Find and Replace things.

in the menu that opens after clicking the feedback button, there should be a 'translation issues' button that opens the form in a browser tab

The best way to report this issue is with the Feedback button for translation issues. That way it goes directly to the assigned team of translations and does not go through devs. I'll be tagging this post as not a bug, but feel free to create that feedback bug in game for the team to review 🙂
