Cannot edit facilities within existing platform

When I try to zoom in on equipment installed before the major update, it becomes transparent like in the video and cannot be edited. Equipment installed after the update can be edited without any problem.

it means you are on the bottom platform floor, press E or shift+E to get to right floor
