Procedure:
Make both "Destroy Selection" and "Delete" hotkeys be "X".
Try to delete something under the cursor.
Current behavior: I can now only remove things that are selected.
Expected behavior: If there is a selection, destroy the selection. If there is no selection, delete whatever is under the cursor.
