I selected and ctrl+c some platforms, and it didn't selected the level 0 space belts, after I ctrl+v the blueprint the camera started acting this way.
It kind of fix itself after conecting the space belts and going back to the main menu.

it means you are on the bottom platform floor, press E while in platform mode or shift+E at any time to fix it
