[0.1.0-PRE8-RC1] machine preview image renders on top of tutorial popups

See title. When selecting a machine in the toolbar, the preview image of the machine that appears on the right side of the screen (next to the shapes/min, etc) renders on top of any tutorial popups that appear (for example, the one that tells you what the shape prediction background colors mean).

Just the machine image renders on top, not the rest of the machine info panel.
