[SPZ2-4695] [0.1.0-PRE7-RC1] Copying a large area recenters copied area to mouse pointer

In previous versions the copied area would stay in the same place relative to the mouse pointer. This allowed quick and easy copy and pasting or cut and pasting of large areas. For example, to cut and paste a large area shifted over a square or two you'd cut, move the mouse over a square or two and paste. Now it recenters the selection so you have to zoom out, align it again and then paste.

This is not an issue for small areas but for copy pasting or cut pasting large selections. Please let me know if videos area required to demonstrate.

Disagree about this not being an issue for small selections
It's so annoying to select a 1x2 area and have it shifted over one tile...
