When loading a file that is converted to this version, and where Global Signal Buildings has been, this error is persisting, even (i hope) when you have deleted all old Global Signal Buildings, and or replaced them by the new ones.
I have looked in my save to try and find older global signal buildings but i can not find any.

After be sure all old Global Signal buildings where removed, it still happens... so.. as mari also told, new saves do not have this, because no old global signal buildings where in the file , i think on "ghost remove" the lines of the buildings are still in the save file and would not remove those...
I have double check on the buildings and i do not see any old ones, i even removed the ROS/CROS ones...
