The modular design is nice. Looks like each module inputs 4 belts raw parts, picks one, paints, cuts and stacks with the output of the previous module.
I think you can use just one painter on each module, as it only needs to paint 1/4 of a belt of whole shapes to make 1 full belt of quarter shapes.
