[SPZ2-3840] [0.0..9-rc7] Overflow Splitter doesn't work well when I'm not watching.

I created an overflow splitter like in photo 1. Then, I made a simple factory with it and a trash box like in photo 2. When I'm watching the overflow splitter, it doesn't throw away any shapes like in photo 3. However, when I'm watching the trash box, some shapes are lost like in photo 4. I found this overflow splitter throw away shape when I didn't watch, even though shapes don't overflow.
