#Vortex location is somewhat off when fully zoomed out

Just an FYI, I'm sure there's 1000 more important things to get to, but...
When fully zoomed out, the locator/indicator on the compass leads you to somewhere in SE portion of 3|-C (red X in the screenshot is the center of my screen)

The indicator points at the vortex from the compass' position, not the center of the screen
