#[0.0.9-rc7] Shape supply (1sp belt) on the main menu factory stops shortly after the main menu loads

I'm playing on the Supporter edition. The main menu has a very nice looking factory as the background. However, there is one space belt in the top left, that supplies a blue painter, that becomes devoid of shapes after a short while. This causes that line of shapes to eventually run out and stop that part of the factory. After the main menu is kept running for several more minutes, the shapes come back and that line resumes. I expected the main menu factory to not have a supply deficit, but I would understand if it was intentional.

This is a totally cosmetic issue and does not at all affect my gameplay or fun. I feel I should report it anyways so that y'all are aware of it.

Version line seen on the pre-main-menu loading screen:

The main menu is running a real factory that one of the alpha players made

I suspected it was a real factory :)
That's neat that it was player-made!

My hypothesis as to why that part of the factory stops is that the space belt above the blue painter is somehow missing its shapes when the factory is loaded. This would cause that temporary break in supply. Then, after a few minutes, the shapes from whatever shape miner is at the back of it finally fill the belt back up and then the painter resumes.
