Back on 0.0.8, I've got a Normal scenario done up until unlocking randomized Operator Level shapes. Haven't touched the game until now in 0.0.9. Reinstalled Windows on my machine in the meantime, which seems to have reset my settings. Now, when trying to start a new game, I get presented with all options but Operator Certification visually locked. I can however still click on them as if they weren't locked, and start a new save.

Oh that is quite strange.
So you have played last in 008, can you remember seeing the screen unlocked there? (maybe it was never unlocked or got relocked now)
Yeah you can just select and play the locked scenarios anyway, that is not specific to you but to everyone. What happens if you start a normal (locked) scenario, safe, restart the game and check if this screen unlocked.
We will have a look and investigate if this is was caused by the recent update or a bug specific to you.

unfortunately back in 0.0.8, i've only ever used the Continue button afterwards
now that i've started a new Hard scenario on 0.0.9, the menu is now correct
i should have posted the save file before attempting to do anything else, but it's too late now

I will try and replicate with old builds and see if the 009 update has caused it.
Its either something generic I can recreate with a 008 build or its complex and maybe specific to you. Devs will check the player log but with the holidays approaching we probably have an answer after new year.
