Hi, can you provide some additional information?
What are your system specs (CPU, GPU, RAM).
What graphics settings did you select?
How large is the savegame (how many buildings)
Can you send the player.log file AFTER it crashed?
We can check what has caused the problem.
👍 Your bug report is in review. Our team is currently investigating.
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X
GPU: GTX1060 6GB
RAM: 16GB
Structure Count: 35.3K
Here are my graphics settings
Thank you very much. You have a similar setup to one of our Testing Devices.
I also have these settings.
Do you have 2nd or 3rd monitor attached?
I think the player.log will tell us more. I tried to reproduce it but so far no luck.
I keep an eye out.
Here is the player log I just recreated the crash so it should be recent in there.
I am running a single samsung 24" Monitor 1080p is that makes a difference.
🚑 Your bug report has been verified and is now in the triage phase. We're working to reproduce and fix it.
Thanks a lot for the log file. Single monitor setup, that makes trouble shooting a little easier.
The devs will have a look at the crash and get back.
Thank you hope it goes well thank you for the amazingly fun game
One thing you could try is updating the graphic driver. It seems there is some errors triggered outside the game (just an assumtion for now)
Could you also try disabling multithreading & parallel rendering in the settings?
Heres the crash after disabling multithreaded saving. Not sure if there is anything else multithreaded that I can turn off. In setting it shows parallel rendering to be off. I am recreating the crash by trying to save and name a blueprint of fluid miners just incase that helps with recreating the issue
Here's another log as I found another multithreading setting to disable
I updated my graphics drivers and tried again, just is taking longer to crash after getting to the screen
I'm going to bed for the night so I probably won't be back on till after work tomorrow but I'll check back and try anything you need me to once I'm home.
