At belt upgrade level 4 it says rotators should do 75/m. However, the build menu and building status displays show 60/m expected and actual. The actual throughput measured by the belts before and after shows 75/m, and there are no gaps in the output.

Thanks for the report. seems like the rotator should be showing 75.
