I dont know why but i play my first hour, try to save and it didnt work, the game say that im maybe out of space but clearly not, if someone have an answer I cant find anything on internet and I really like the game, I buy it on steam, i re installed the game already three time and still the same problem, i looked for the folder in the %appdata% then shapez2 etc.. nothing in savegames, thanks for your help (sorry for the english im french)

Can you check your steam cloud space? Maybe there is no space on there?
I think the game does try to save to steam cloud.
When you looked at the savegame folder, was there a steam_autocloud.vdf file?

Can you check the steam game properties and see what's shown there?
Double check and start a new game, place one belt and just save. The savegame should be generated.

Yes I did, im around 450 mb, vdf file is there and even with or without steam cloud check doesnt change anything, but i maybe got an answer in my player log, i think the game is administrator friendly compare to other games, ill try that

Yeah steam seems ok. Is this from the Player.log file?
Could you attach the entire text file, so we can look into it?
(%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\tobspr Games\shapez 2\Player.log)
I am investigating what could cause this.

Are you playing Normal mode or Hexagonal?

i think i found out, and it was a administrator thing, i needed to go in (%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local) then in "Temp", when i give fully access to "temp" my game now save in the (%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\tobspr Games\shapez 2\savegames) i dont know really why but i figure it out, was in normal mode, this the first time a game on steam wouldnt work without permission, now i can play with save letsgoooooo

Ohhh so it was a admin permission. Thanks for explaining. I will take some notes should we face this issue again.
