I Opened my save from 0.0.8, and noticed my mixers using 4 pipe gates could no longer supply 12 painters like they used to.
Then noticed the UI said the throughput is now 1200L/m instead of 1800L/m

I'm seeing this too. I've got two gates per line which used to work fine, now it's not a full pipe/belt.
