[0.0.8-RC3] Rail twisters break train line colours

in https://discord.com/channels/1000343719314198548/1275253656559816865, the conflict indicator was removed from the rail twister. however, placing a rail twister the wrong way around still prevents the rail colours from continuing on to the following rails. (the trains behave as normal)
