At random times and connected to no event i can manage to connect The UI will suddenly nearly all be marked with the little dot indicating "New" items. In the image note 'Shape processing', Decorations', 'Trains' and 'Help'. since the image includes my CROS Mam its obvious i have had everything unlocked for quite a while in this save.

Does this happen after you've placed every building/structure from the toolbar at least once?

i have used every element at least once if for no other reason to experiment and deduce its use.
if i clear it now it will be back. today or tomorrow or the next day but it will be back.
Examplle:
clearly a placed label from when i was tracking a problem and the 'Decorations' toolbar ONLY has the label in it.

Thanks for the report. Since this happens randomly, if it happens again and you notice, just send the player.log file. Maybe, just maybe there is some event recorded.
It seems quite strange to happen at random.
