[0.0.8-RC3] Incorrect space belt/pipe sound at 0 platform units

with exactly 0 platforms left (no higher), placing a space belt/pipe plays a sound as if it was successfully placed, even though it wasn't. this is true for placing lines of them and just placing single ones. this does not apply to standard platforms, miners, etc.
