I’d played like 5 hours of the game, then I booted it up the other day and it said my save data wasn’t recognized. The slot where my save data would be was there, and it recognized there had been data, but it just says it can’t load it in red text. I have no mods and didn’t change anything about my files, and haven’t been able to find anything on this issue so far. I’d like to continue playing the game without starting from scratch. Any ideas?

Sounds like the save may have gotten corrupted somehow, can you try loading a backup save?
