I have a similar problem with my crystalizers. They are running out of paint but everything Im seeing says they should have enough to produce at 100%
What i find helps all things fluid is connecting all your lines everywhere you can. This means that while one line is full and in operation, it can share its excess with other lines, and from the other end of the line at that so the last one in the line gets filled first for a second. I dont think its how its supposed to need to work, but its fixed all of my fluid supply problems. More pipes is better. More connections is better.
