I can't see the colors very well but I think I understand the message, is there cyan in one of the shapes?

yes, right one has cyan top left

You can change the color scheme to RGB (Color Blind) in the settings, btw

Came here to report the same behavior, checked more carefully for different shapes, found out that 1 in 8 of my shapes was rotated 90 degrees. We definitely need some kind of visual feedback on this - it's not at all obvious what is going wrong, and rotations in particular could be very confusing.

I mean there is the shape preview that shows all variations on a belt

It wasn’t actually showing any unexpected shapes though. None of the previews were swapping between shapes.
