#[0.0.8-RC3] 'Shift+B' keybind not working; only activating 'B' keybind.

I have 'B' bound to 'Select Category 7' (the blueprint hotbar category) and 'Shift-B' bound to 'Blueprint Library'. Pressing 'Shift-B' opens category 7 and does not open the blueprint library. (Pressing 'B' opens category 7 as normal)

Thanks for the report. We are aware of the issue. The same problem with ctrl + key. It will activate the key bind.

We recognize the flaws with keybinds and track all the issues appropriately.
