In platform mode, there's a popup when placing a blueprint to hold down shift to overwrite any structures in the way of the blueprint. It works fine. However, in space mode, you receive the same popup, but when I hold down shift and place, nothing happens. I actually find that I would use the space mode version more than the platform version due to being able to simply overwrite an entire platform. I had this issue in 0.0.7, too. Thanks!

Thanks for the report. This has been reported a few times and we are aware of the issue.
It has simply not be implemented yet.
There are some use cases we want to tackle that otherwise could cause harm to replacing over existing structures.
this will get reintroduced and the tooltip was suggested to be changed in the meantime.
