That's not the same shape

#

You can check what's on the belt by clicking on it then on the shape in the info tooltip on the right

Compare to what you're supposed to be delivering

sorry I see no difference, it is just rotated

I just delivered the step 3 in this task, and then I put the final second red circle on top of the shape from #3

#

and step 3 registered correctly

That's not where the second red circle is :p

Check the layer count if you want a more obvious difference
