Weird Spot That The Shapes Stopped Moving

The spot is copied from other path from the same platform which is working fine but that specific spot won't work.
And not only the top layer has this problem, all three layers has the same problem.

There's no signal going to the wire so the belt filter stops working

I noticed that just after I posted this. I thought no signal is equals to false signal, but clearly not the case.
