Re-posting from Steam.
Before the last update, had to switch out and swap between audio devices to get sound. That is now fixed! I get sound right from start up without having to diddle with things. Now, if I change the volume from the keyboard controls the game instantly crashed to the desktop.

Distro is Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS
