#[0.0.8-rc2] Pipe Gates cause inefficiency when not in view

One of the parts of my machine operates at 100% efficiency when I am looking directly at it but if I zoom out or look at something else it drops to ~75%, and then quickly recovers to 100% once its focused.

All the ratios are correct (2 Mixers, 4 pipe gates, 1 launcher, 4 painters). Issue seems to go away when pipe gates are bypassed. Issue also happens for all of primary, secondary, and tertiary colors

I have cut out part of the machine to make a reproducible case and attached it here. Inputs are 4 belts of any shape and 1 Space Pipe with each basic color RGB on a different level. Desired output color(s) can be controlled using the signal generator at the top

this no longer appears to be the case on 0.0.8-RC3, though my pipes are now overbuilt since the throughput was increased. Unsure if underlying bug is still in place with correct ratios

I am on 0.0.8-RC3 and this bug still exists. I tried filling up a fluid tank that was gated. While watching the gate, it took 80 seconds, the expected time based off of the game's tooltips. However when I repeated the experiment while away from the gate, the tank filled in 100 seconds, significantly slower. This is affecting my machines where I am trying the fluid gate, and causing severe inefficiencies.

Unfortunately my design has no space for extra gates, since it is utilizing all 12 in/out areas with gates that could potentially be unique.

It's not a matter of platform size. I'm transferring fluids between platforms and each of the outputs may be different, and must have a single gate.

I'm deliberately keeping the extra wires so it can be reused for Hex version.

I intent to reuse this where every different gate could be potentially on or off. The wires are necessary.

Simplified the design significantly using wire bridges (which I forgot existed for the longest time)
