#[0.0.7] Rail Twister Does Not Honor Rail Direction

When placing a rail twister, it doesn't matter which direction it's placed in as it will still allow traffic as expected. This seems more like a small UI issue and not so much a bug.

Yes, the simulation behaves as intended. We wanted to make it uncomplicated.

The warning indicators required custom logic which didn't make into the 0.0.7 release. However, this is now fixed in version 0.0.8 🙂
