Perhaps not a bug, but the description should really be updated. Looking at some of the blueprints here, seems like I wasn't the only one to be misled by this.

Currently color mixers describe needing 2 buildings per launcher, which leads me to believe a full belt of red and green would need 16 color mixers total and output two full belts, but in reality you need 32 color mixers.

Using the following test BP, my theory was confirmed - 4 color mixers for 1 thrower of red and 1 thrower of blue, were faster than 2 color mixers for the same input.

The way it's worded is the annoying thing here, but when you think through it, it makes sense. The mixer needs 2 buildings per launcher, so it has a launchers : buildings ratio equal to 1:2. Therefore, with 1 input of red and 1 input of blue, you have 2 launchers, meaning you need (2) * 2 = 4 mixers to make a full belt.

I totally agree that it needs updating, but it's not a bug.

I just checked - the swapper has a 45/s x2 clarification - something like this here would clarify this, I think.

Definitely not a bug, but I don't think feedback is fitting for it either
