The signal producer allows creating signals where the color segment is any non-color character: A few examples:
Pp------
PaPaPaPa
Px--Pz--
PaPdPePf
It appears it's not valid to specify existing colors, eg. Pb, Pc, Py, etc.
The signals it generates are technically distinct, which can result in funny (and confusing if you mistyped it like me!) comparison results like in my attached pictures.
It also appears that simulated buildings will filter out this extra value, as shown in the second picture.
