[0.0.7]Fluid Launchers cant chain on platform edge

Fluid Launchers cannot chain to the Fluid Catchers at the platform edge.
Fluid Catcher and Launcher placed fully on the Platform can chain without an issue
Belt Launchers and Catchers an the Platform edge pair without issue
Even the Prediction Orb thinks is should work as its appears at the end of the path.
