Chinese & Japanese requires a special program to pick words because they use hanzi/kanji. When Chinese and Japanese words are selected, the words just disappears. If the label doesn't support Chinese/Japanese, adding a note in the pop-up sheet would be better since disappearing with no text is confusing.

This is a known issue with the label. It does only accept simple English alphabet.
We currently have not implemented language support for the label text. The same happens with numbers, they cannot be displayed.
