Sound disabled into settings but still present

I disabled all sound into setting but sometime I can heard music or achievement when game is in background and when I played I can sometime have hover sound. I can "fix "the issue when switching game to background and foreground

What system do you play the game on?
Does the same happen in borderless mode?
Another idea could be to try the different launch options available to see if that fixes the issue.

But you say you hear music even if all the audio settings are at 0? I could not reproduce that.

I'm on a Mac M1.
I often switch the game from background to foreground, I have youtube on a Chrome tab.
A friend has the same issue
