#Trains blocked if something is in front of the end of the track, there should be a warning for that

At the end of a track if there is something in the way a train can't pass, that makes sense no problem there, however there is no feedback for this.
It took me a while to even notice that one of my trains wasn't moving anymore, who knows how long it was stuck, there should be an error sign of some sort if there is something in the way so that you know immediately not to do that.
