EDIT: NOT A BUG IT WORKS AS IT SHOULD

~~tldr: supported crystals quarters break in cutters when located in NW or SE quarters of shape.

When I'm connecting (or using any cutting operation on them i believe) quarters into full, desired shape (for MAM), properly supported (both sides and bottom) crystals with empty space under their support break when they are in North-West or Sout-East quarter while swapping halves.

Expected result is on 1st and 3rd swapper, 2nd and 4th where top crystal breaks is not expected. x)~~

3rd layer crystals are supposed to break during swapping to create gap under top crystal. If those crystals are replaced with empty spaces it doesn't change result

'Ru' are only for support, only South-West quarter of 2nd shape being cut is important.

Blueprint uses simulated buliding but real stuff gives same results.

I don't think there is a bug here, when the swapper cuts the input shapes, the gravity rules are applied to all the 4 shapes created, and in your case, in the 2nd and 4th swapper, the half with the white crystal becomes unsupported and falls.
to better visualize this, you can use regular buildings and enable slow motion with F7 (F8 to go back to normal speed)
