When i try to make a figure like this - i need to add spits to the top layer, because without them the crystal maker doesnt want to create a full layer of the crystal.

Maybe not so clear, but it creates some logical problems in the solving. Because if there is a full crystal layer in the middle - i dont know how to create it because disassembling machine is not in the game)

if you're building the shape layer by layer you can add standalone pins to make a full crystal layer
