#[0.0.7] Shape not valid just because rotation

I had this bug pop up but only with a specific shape. It wanted RuRuCucc but would not accept CuccRuRu. Rotated and it worked just fine. I am currently feeding it a ton of the end game operator shapes and almost all of them are rotate but it is accepting just fine. That one shape is all it didn't like so far.
More information on what I stated above, it seem that all of the end game randomized operator goals are the issue. I tested and every single one of my randomized goals was rotation specific. Everything else accepted just fine including the non-randomized operator shapes.
