For some reason this space belt is behaving strangely. As you can see in the efficiency reading, the launcher will "freeze" intermittently and not launch shapes onto the belt as if the belt was already full. Yet, as you can see, the belt is not already full because that is quite literally the start of the belt line.
I have not noticed this behavior on other space belts, it seems specific to this one.
