The hotkey for camera control “Viewing angle” cannot be changed to the right mouse button, i.e. it has no effect. I wanted to swap the middle and right mouse button in the operation and of course also adjusted the setting for the middle mouse button.

Can you check if you have another right mouse button assigned to any other function? They do not work if double assigned, and we have no "overwrite/replace" function if they already bind to other settings.

I have the same issue. I have a Logitech MX Anywhere 2S and I canot rotate the view using any button. I'm able to change from button 3 (wheel) -- original assignment -- to button 2 (right) but the camera/view does not rotate either.
