I haven't changed any hotkeys, but the 'T' key is used to open Milestones, as well as the 'Operator' menus. Hotkey 'T' is configured for Research. Are these supposed to have different hotkeys?

There is a Research Keybind that opens via T.
You can go to the settings and add custom keys to the ones you want. There are seperated one for each sub page.
