1x1 4-8 Pure Diagonal Splitter

Based on https://discord.com/channels/1000343719314198548/1275627812258054184, this one keeps the outputs separated so that oddly-shaped input shapes don't cause mixed belts. Mixed output notch, but not mixed belt.

Unfortunately uses the 3rd floor. Can't find any way around it while staying within 1x1. Suggestions welcome.
