[0.0.8] Belt, Pipe and Wire Supports do not align symmetrically with grid

The Support for all of these on all levels is offset by one tile to the right. It makes no sense and it annoys me a lot (I care way too much about Symmetry).

I think this is intentional to not accidentally mistake the tile below for occupied

If the support for belt on for example on the third floor were in the middle of the grid someone might think that that tile on the first floor is occupied and nothing can be placed there
