There appears to be a throughput issue when utilizing the 3rd floor. I'm using blueprints and had no issues with them using 1st and 2nd floor, but after unlocking the 3rd floor and adding on to the existing BPs, some structures seem to stall for no discernable reason (most notably extractors and belts when moving on to space belts).

Delete and replace the space belt ends (bug fixed in 0.0.8)

I've seen this issue (with extractors loading onto space belts) with layer 1.
Deleting and replacing the miner platform fixed it both times it occurred for me.
