It's 2m long so I will highlight a few things.
First 30s: Noticing that all bets are not full (Blue Stars).
50s: Going to the launcher and seeing that some belts are randomly stopping for no reason (the two edge belts).
1:42: Replace launchers and the problem fixes itself

Regarding Willow's workaround: replacing the end of the space belt did not work for me, replacing either the beginning of the space belt or the launchers feeding it did.
