There is weird auto-scrolling after clicking Milestones on wide screen monitor (visual bug)

After the Final Qualification whenever I click on Milestones there is weird automatic scrolling, like the game would want to automatically scroll to the right even more and because of that the milestones area shakes left and a right a few times.
It is hard to see on the video because of the low fps, but it happens every time when I click Milestones.

I think it's trying to center but there is so much space that it never stops .. weird
