Train charger not accepting shapes

I have a train charger that would not start charging my shapes

• only one layer is used on the four lines
• only one shape arrives at the charger

pb = the charger starts receiving, displays the package then the package disappears and it keeps blinking (cf video)

It is the only charger that does that = all the others are working fine in the same conditions
I removed it and recreated it several times = same behavior

There is a chance I did something wrong but I checked more or less everything before reporting this

yeah you can see some of the green squares are top left/bottom right while some are the reverse,prob why it doesn't work
