How does one accomplish this? I see no way to design my track to launch a train right into the Hub. Does the train come back out somewhere after delivery?

you have to unlock the upgrade for it

Oh, I dont see that upgrade in my list yet. I will check for it as I progress more. I am on color mixing goal right now.
