Expected: Clicking on the folder would show all the items in the folder
Actual: Clicking on the folder selects the individual entry immediately and does not show the folder contents..

This is kinda a side effect - when you click the blueprint on the toolbar, it just says 'Select blueprint A' but not where on the toolbar it was. The toolbar then just tries to highlight that blueprint, and uses the first occurrence - which is the first slot.
I think if you move it past the folder it would work.
Not sure how to fix TBH, at least not with reasonable effort

It's definitely selecting the first one starting from the left. If you swapped the slots I put things in then it would end up always opening the folder regardless of which one you clicked.
Once you know what the issue is it's not a problem (because why do you need multiple copies of the blueprint on the bar?), but if you're just figuring out that folders can be put on the bar it makes it look like things are broken. It's not obvious that it's selecting the other entry on the bar, the folder just doesn't appear to work at all.

We may work around the issue in the future by limiting a blueprint to only exist once on the toolbar.
